A speaker standing on a stage in front of an audience

Four-week speaking intensive · By Daniel Okafor

Conferencing and Talks

Own the stage at work and beyond.

A practical speaking intensive for professionals who present, teach, or lead. Master stage presence, storytelling structure, voice and body language — and handle live Q&A with confidence.

  • Two live practice stages with expert feedback
  • Recorded keynote review of your talk
  • Voice, body language, and Q&A coaching

From nervous to commanding

Four weeks, two stages, one talk you'll be proud of. You'll build a real presentation and deliver it twice — coached, recorded, and reviewed.

01

Structure the story

Openings that hook, narratives that hold, and closings that move people to act — built around your real material.

02

Command the room

Voice projection, pacing, posture, and slides that support you instead of competing with you.

03

Own the Q&A

Handling tough questions, thinking on your feet, and turning hostile moments into your strongest minutes.

Practice on a real stage

This intensive is built for team leads, founders, teachers, and anyone with a talk coming up. You'll rehearse in front of a live audience of fellow speakers — twice — with structured feedback each time.

  • Maximum ten speakers per intensive
  • Personal recording with timestamped notes
  • Bring a real upcoming talk to work on

Questions, answered

It helps to bring a topic or upcoming presentation, but week one includes a full session on finding and shaping your material from scratch.
Especially for you. The intensive is graduated — you start speaking in pairs, then small groups, and only take the stage when you're ready.
Yes — send your deck before week three and Daniel reviews it slide by slide, plus a recorded walkthrough of your keynote rehearsal.
